Fees

Consultation fees are charged.  If I do not accept the case, there is no charge.  If I am hired for the case, I credit the consultation fee to the retainer.

 

Money retainers are not always requested in full, in advance. 

 

Limited Scope or "Unbundling of Services" are available, where you hire me to do only certain stages of the case.

  • Preparation​ for and/or Representation at IAD hearings APPEALING Ministry immigration decisions based on genuine marriage and residency requirements. 

            

  • Preparation for and/or Representation at RAD hearings of refugee APPEALS on humanitarian & compassionate grounds.
